I was the controller for a popular restaurant in Maui and did tax preparation on the side. Then I owned 2 retail stores and a mail order business shipping fresh flowers from Hawaii. So I really understand small business needs. When I moved back to Colorado I re-invented myself as a bookkeeper and have worked with many varied industries since. My free time is spent kayaking lakes and rivers, skiing, and exploring back roads in the mountains.

From the time my daughter was born, I realized a corporate job would not work for us. I started picking up work where I could, with a background in Business Management, Marketing, and Accounting. I soon realized my strength was in Accounting and centered on providing bookkeeping services to small businesses. I have an immense focus on details and work hard to keep financials as detailed as possible. When I am not keeping detailed financials, I am juggling the demands of my active daughter, and when the time permits enjoy cutting loose on four-wheelers.

about My name is Janet Gale and I was born and raised in the Peoria IL area. With four children, I keep very busy and love the outdoors. I get outside whenever I can, canoeing, hiking, camping, and swimming at the beach. Love the beach! I have always had a love of accounting and bookkeeping since high school and continue to enjoy It to this day. My background of accounting is varied including general bookkeeping, sales tax, payroll and payroll tax, inventory, and asset management.

about Carol has over 30 years’ experience in business and started her accounting firm in 2017. Carol is a member of the Tennessee Society of CPAs, where she serves as president of the Upper Cumberland Chapter. “I live in a very rural, very beautiful part of Tennessee and I want to continue living here. I love meeting new people, so I supplement my firm by working remotely. Colorado has reciprocity with Tennessee CPAs, so I get the best of both worlds- country life with city income! I spend most of my spare time with my husband and our dogs on one of the most pristine lakes in the country. We love old cars and anything outdoors including swimming, fishing, hunting, biking and running.”
